First, check whether your monitor has a VESA mounting interface. Please refer to the guide here. If you can’t find the information, you can contact us and provide your monitor model.

• SENTRY supports monitors up to 34", 10 kg, and with 1800R–flat curvature.
• VISION supports any VESA-compatible monitor up to 20 kg and allows vertical stacking.

Simply free up one monitor arm and attach a floating laptop tray to the VESA interface.

The VESA plate is rotatable to support portrait orientation. Once the monitor is attached, hold both sides of the screen and gently rotate it to adjust the plate to the correct position.

The arm is designed to balance the monitor’s weight. Please attach your monitor first, then adjust the gas spring tension as follows:

At the joint between the two arm segments, you’ll find a valve labeled “+” and “–”. These indicate whether to increase (+) or decrease (–) the tension.

• If the monitor is heavy and the arm sags downward, turn toward “+” until it can stay at any height.
• If the monitor is light and the arm rises upward, turn toward “–” until it can stay at any height.

Every ULTRARM monitor arm includes both clamp mount and grommet mount components, so you can easily switch between installation methods anytime.
