Seven-Day Return & Cancellation Policy For Taiwan Only
In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers (including the recipient, family members, or building staff) are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day after the order is received. During this period, you may return the product unconditionally, as long as the item remains in brand-new condition with complete packaging. Returns submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returned products must be unused, kept in brand-new condition, and include complete original packaging (product body, accessories, gifts, warranty cards, original packaging materials such as bags/boxes, and all included documents). Do not remove accessories, disassemble the product, or cause damage.
Both the original box and all factory packaging are considered part of the product. Loss, damage, or missing items may affect your eligibility for a return, and a restoration fee may be deducted depending on the extent of the damage. Certain products cannot be restored after opening or use and therefore lose resale value — such items cannot be accepted for return.
If you need to request a non-standard return—such as receiving the wrong item or receiving a product that is damaged or defective due to non-human factors—please contact our Customer Service team within seven days (starting from the day after the item is received). We will verify your order and assist you as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Please submit your return request within the seven-day cooling-off period. Return shipping costs will be covered by ULTRARM. However, if the return causes your final order amount to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Returned products must remain unopened and in complete original packaging. If an item is damaged, scratched, soiled, improperly disassembled, used, or missing accessories/packaging so it can no longer be resold, the return will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you.
- If only part of an order is returned but add-on items were purchased at a discounted price, the add-on item will revert to its original price.
- To speed up processing, refunds are issued directly to the original payment method.
- Credit Card (One-Time Payment): The refund will be issued back to the original credit card. If the refund is processed after your billing cycle, the amount will appear on the next bill.
- Credit Card (Installments): - Full-order refunds will be issued back to the original card. - Partial refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide; your credit card installments must still be paid as scheduled.
- ATM Transfer: The refund will be transferred back to the original bank account used for payment. Please check your bank account or passbook to confirm the deposit.
